Service Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a form or inquiry is a request only. An appointment becomes confirmed after Haitian Voice sends confirmation with the applicable date, time, method, scope and any payment terms.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information, identify the general purpose of the session, arrive on time, follow joining instructions and treat interpreters and other participants respectfully.
- Confirm the correct date, time and time zone
- Provide reasonable notice of changes
- Ensure permission to include the interpreter in the conversation
- Use a safe and appropriate setting for phone or video sessions
Nature and Scope of Interpretation
Interpreters facilitate communication. They do not replace a lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, social worker or other subject-matter professional, and they do not make decisions for any participant.
- Certified, court-qualified or specialized services are provided only when expressly confirmed
- Availability may depend on the service, language, timing and interpreter qualifications
- Haitian Voice may decline a request that cannot be supported appropriately
Fees and Payment
Any fees, session length, payment timing and related terms will be shown or communicated before an appointment is confirmed. Website content alone is not a price quote unless clearly identified as one.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Changes, cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the terms provided with the booking and the policies posted on this website. Contact us as soon as possible if your appointment changes.
Technology and Third-Party Services
Phone, video, payment, email or scheduling services may be provided through third parties. Their availability and privacy practices may be governed by separate terms.
Service Limitations
We work to provide dependable support, but availability, uninterrupted technology and the outcome of an interpreted conversation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
