Before Payment
The applicable price, payment timing and refund conditions should be reviewed before payment. If anything is unclear, contact Haitian Voice before completing the transaction.
Eligibility
A refund may be considered when Haitian Voice cancels a paid service that cannot be reasonably rescheduled, when a duplicate payment occurs, or when the specific booking terms provide for a refund. Eligibility can be reduced by late cancellation, a missed appointment or service time already delivered, when disclosed in the confirmed terms.
Requesting a Refund
Submit a request through the Contact page with your name, booking reference if available, appointment date and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card information.
Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when practical. Processing time may depend on the payment provider. Any specific timeline will be communicated with the approval.
Disputes and Questions
Please contact us promptly if you believe a payment is incorrect. We will review the available booking and payment records and explain the outcome.
