Contact Haitian Voice as soon as you know that an appointment needs to change. Include your name, appointment date and enough information for us to identify the booking without sending unnecessary sensitive details.
Notice Period
The notice period that applies to your appointment will be shown during booking or included in your confirmation. If no specific period is stated, contact us as early as possible so we can attempt to adjust interpreter scheduling.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
A late cancellation or missed appointment may affect refund or rescheduling eligibility when an interpreter reserved time for the session. Any applicable consequence will be disclosed before confirmation; this website does not impose an unstated fee.
Interpreter or Service Changes
If Haitian Voice needs to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, we will try to notify you promptly and discuss reasonable rescheduling or refund options based on the circumstances.
